How are my hours verified?▾
QR code check-in and check-out at every shift. The organization coordinator confirms your hours through the admin scan page.
What happens to credits I don't use?▾
Credits never expire. Save them, gift them to another member, or redeem whenever you're ready.
Can I gift my credits to someone else?▾
Yes. From your credit wallet, search for any member by name or scan their QR code to transfer credits instantly.
How do I redeem credits for food?▾
Show your QR code at any partner location. No card, no cash, no ID needed.
How do shelter credits work?▾
3-5 shelter credits equals 1 night at a partner hotel or shelter. Book directly from the Shelter page in the app.
What if I need shelter but don't have enough credits?▾
In emergencies — extreme weather, crisis situations — shelter is available immediately. The hub covers the gap. No questions asked. You contribute back when you're able.
Is my volunteer history private?▾
Yes. Your credit wallet and service history are private to you unless you choose to share on the community leaderboard.
